Opinions of a Wolf 
I’d wager the MBTA bus drivers have a lot of vampires in their ranks. I feel my blood thinning and my soul dying every time I have to wait for an SL4/5.
Of course there’s the obvious, undertaker/mortician, but that is straight out of Bradbury’s stories about Timothy and his family. Coroner/medical examiner comes to mind, but I fear that isn’t original either. In keeping with the vampire mythology, it would have to be night work. A mercenary, whose job is to kill anyway, and when better but under the cover of darkness?
Something in the medical professions seems the most obvious though. Maybe an EMT, but that person would have to be careful. Just how much blood does a vampire require and how frequently?
