If my powers were telepathic, would I have control over when I would use them or would I be controlled by my power? If the former, I would ask myself if I were ethical enough to use my power only in ways that would be beneficial. For example, last summer there was fire in our downtown that destroyed 8 buildings. It was discovered that this was arson. If I had known, I would have done something to prevent it. But if I could not control the telepathic power, that’s tough. I fear I’d be a slave to the power. Perhaps I’d search for a way to eliminate that power.
